Message received

Got it.
We'll be in touch.

Your message came through, and it's going to a real person rather than a queue. Brody or someone on the team reads it and gets back to you by call or text, usually the same day. If you sent it late in the evening, expect to hear from us in the morning.

If something is actively leaking, overflowing, or backing up, don't wait on us to call you. Use the number above and a real person will pick up.

When
Usually the same day

Evenings and weekends included. Anything that lands after hours gets a reply the next morning.

How
A call or a text

We use the number you gave us. If we miss you, you'll get a voicemail and a text so you're not left guessing.

What we'll ask
A couple of questions

Enough to know what to load on the truck and how much time to allow, so the visit isn't a wasted trip for either of us.

Then
The price, before the work

Once we've seen the problem, you hear the options and the cost. Nothing starts until you say so.

Some things can't wait for a callback.

If it's getting worse, call.

Burst pipes, sewer backups, no water to the house, or a water heater leaking onto the floor. The form gets checked regularly, but the phone is immediate, and we answer it around the clock. What to do while you wait

Worth doing now

Four minutes of prep
saves half the visit.

None of this is required. It just means we turn up already knowing what we're walking into, which usually means finishing on the first trip.

Find your main water shutoff

In most Salt Lake homes it's where the water line enters the house: the basement, a crawl space, or a utility room on the wall facing the street. Some homes also have one at the meter box near the sidewalk. Worth locating even when nothing is wrong, because the day you actually need it is not the day you want to be hunting for it.

Send us a photo or two

The fixture, the affected area, and the model plate if a water heater or appliance is involved. Text them to (801) 803-0847 with your name so we can match them to your message. Seeing it beforehand often tells us exactly what parts to bring.

Note when it started

Whether it's been going on since Tuesday or since spring, and whether it's getting worse, holding steady, or coming and going. That timeline narrows down the cause more than most people would expect, and it's the first thing we'll ask about.

Clear a path to it

If the work is under a sink, behind a toilet, at the water heater, or down in a crawl space, moving what's stored there ahead of time helps. It means the visit gets spent on the repair rather than on shifting boxes and cleaning supplies out of the way first.
